Click Clack Prawn Fruit Salad

If asked what’s your favourite fly I would say the Click Clack. This fly is deadly on all species in appropriate size and colour. I designed this fly back in 1999 foe the fly comp in Bynoe Harbour near Darwin previous years we would fish a number of flies the best seemed to be the Black Death the only problem was we would get follows to the boat and turn away so we needed a fly that would entice a strike. Hence the Click Clack used in the comp we had follows and when the fish was close we stopped the retrieve and just lifted the rod a couple of times and bang they where on. I had a Barra follow to the boat it was 2 foot from the boat looking at the fly i lifted the rod and dropped click clack bang it was measured and released. This was the biggest barra of the comp and won me a grand good deal hey.
